This seems to happen on every pop-up dialog. Click ok and client freezes. Had it on confirmation to fit rig, on confirmation to abandon drones and one more that I forgot.

What exactly do I need the skills for? Just for fitting the rig, or also for using the rigged ship? E.G.: My industrial alt has all rigging up to 4 and fits up a ship nicely. Can my combat alt with no rigging skills fly it and get the boni? If so...
